Birthday Sale T'&C’s
1. Promotion Period
1.1. The Birthday Sale promotion is valid for appointments booked during the month of September only (“Promotion Period”).
1.2. Clients who are unable to schedule an appointment during the Promotion Period may secure the promotional pricing by purchasing a treatment voucher (“Voucher”), which will be valid for a period of three (3) years from the date of purchase, in compliance with Australian Consumer Law.
1.3. All promotional bookings are strictly subject to appointment availability.
2. Eligibility for Prize Draw
2.1. All existing bookings and all new appointments made during the Promotion Period under the Birthday Sale promotion will automatically be entered into the prize draw.
2.2. The prize draw includes:
(a) One (1) x $1,000 Crown Voucher; and
(b) Two (2) x Top-Up Whitening Appointments.
2.3. Existing bookings cannot be cancelled and rebooked under the Birthday Sale promotion. Any such requests will not be accepted.
2.4. The winner will be drawn at random on or after the 6th of October, and will be notified via email or phone within seven (7) business days.
2.5. If a prize is unclaimed within fourteen (14) days of notification, the promoter (Whiteology Pty Ltd) reserves the right to redraw and award the prize to another participant.
2.6. Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
2.7. The promoter's (Whiteology Pty Ltd) decision in relation to the draw, winners, and all aspects of the promotion is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.
3. Voucher Conditions
3.1. Sale pricing can be secured by purchasing a Voucher online.
3.2. Vouchers must correspond to the treatment selected at the time of purchase and may only be redeemed for that treatment.
3.3. Vouchers are not redeemable for cash, either in whole or in part.
3.4. Vouchers may be applied towards an upgrade to a higher-value treatment, provided the difference in value is paid by the client at the time of redemption.
3.5. Vouchers must be redeemed in a single transaction and cannot be split across multiple bookings or combined with other vouchers.
3.6. If a September sale appointment is rescheduled to a date outside of September, the client must purchase a pre-loaded Voucher at the promotional price to retain the benefit of the promotion. Otherwise, the booking will revert to standard pricing.
3.7. Vouchers are strictly non-refundable, non-transferable, and are treated as cash. Lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers are the sole responsibility of the client and will not be replaced.
4. Exclusions
4.1. The Birthday Sale promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, promotions, or discounts.
4.2. The promotion applies strictly to in-clinic appointments. Mobile services are excluded.
4.3. Group discounts are not applicable under the Birthday Sale promotion.
5. General
5.1. By booking an appointment during the Promotion Period or by purchasing a Voucher under the Birthday Sale promotion, clients are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
5.2. The promoter (Whiteology Pty Ltd) reserves the right to refuse service where misuse of the promotion is suspected.
5.3. In the event of any error, misprint, or technical issue relating to the promotion, the promoter (Whiteology Pty Ltd) reserves the right to amend, vary, or cancel the promotion without liability, subject to applicable law.
5.4. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the promoter (Whiteology Pty Ltd) accepts no responsibility or liability for any loss, damage, or injury suffered as a result of participation in the promotion, the use of a Voucher, or the redemption of a prize.
5.5. The promoter (Whiteology Pty Ltd) reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice, subject to applicable law.
Standard Term’s and Conditions
1. Cancellations and Rescheduling
• We require 48 hours’ notice prior to your appointment start time to cancel, reschedule, or make changes. Notifications must be provided in writing via email or text during our business hours (as listed on our website). Social media messages are not accepted.
• If adequate notice is not provided (48 hours), a $100 cancellation fee will apply, and your deposit will be forfeited.
• The $100 deposit is non-refundable but can be transferred to a rescheduled appointment if the cancellation is made in accordance with our policy.
2. Deposit Terms
• A non-refundable $100 deposit per person is required at the time of booking for all appointments. This deposit secures your booking and is deductible from your treatment cost on the day of your appointment.
• If you reschedule or cancel within 48 hours, the deposit is forfeited. Deposits held on file must be used within 12 months of processing; otherwise, they will expire.
• In the case of a cancellation or reschedule within 48 hours, all payments, including the deposit, are non-refundable and non-transferable. If you pre-pay for treatments, the full amount paid will be forfeited.
3. No-Shows
• No-shows without any prior contact will incur a fee equal to 100% of the treatment cost, including the $100 deposit, and will be payable before you can book another appointment.
• If no contact is made within one hour of the scheduled appointment, the same policy applies, and no future online bookings will be accepted until the outstanding balance is paid.
4. Late Arrivals
• If you are more than 15 minutes late, please notify us as a courtesy. We may not be able to accommodate you if it disrupts the schedule.
• If we cannot proceed with your appointment due to lateness, your deposit will be forfeited and cannot be applied to future bookings. We will try to accommodate late arrivals when feasible.
5. Arrivals with Children or Pets
• To ensure a safe environment, please attend your appointment without children or pets. During your treatment, you will not be able to care for them and unfortunately, we do not have the license to look after them on your behalf. If you arrive with them, your appointment will need to be rescheduled, and your $100 deposit will be forfeited to cover the missed appointment.
6. Refunds
• Refunds will only be provided in accordance with Australian Consumer Law, for faulty services or products. We do not provide refunds for change of mind or where treatments/products are deemed unsuitable for your personal circumstances. We encourage consultation with your dentist or health professional to ensure our services are right for you prior to booking an appointment.
7. Consent and Expectations
• To provide you with the best possible service, please complete all consent forms and inform your technician of any factors that may affect your treatment. It is also important that you have realistic expectations regarding the outcomes of your treatment.
8. Mobile Bookings
• Mobile bookings incur a $25 travel fee within 20km of our Beaufort Street location. The travel fee is waived for bookings of 4 or more people.
